What is Portable Power? - We developed our Portable Power Products to eliminate the frustration of running out of battery power in the wrong place, at the wrong time!
I'm sure you have, at some point, gone to make a phone call only to have your mobile battery die, right? Portable Power products are designed to be carried with you in your purse, backpack, glovebox or even your back pocket. What is eGO?- eGO is a pre-charged mobile phone battery, designed to extend your mobile talk time and standby time when mains charging is not readily available.
How do I use an eGO Battery?- All eGO Batteries are fitted with a standard Nokia 3mm adaptor. To use, simply plug it in to your mobile (where your charger would normally go) when your mobile signals a low battery.
If your phone needs another type of adaptor, just plug the correct adaptor from either our eGO Adaptor Packs or our Mobile Phone Adaptor Hub on to the eGO and then in to your mobile. Charging will begin automatically.
Does and eGO Battery need charging?- No, the battery comes pre-charged and can be used instantly. They are not rechargeable but can be used multiple times until drained completely (an average of 10-12 times depending on your mobile phone).
Can I text or talk when eGO is charging my phone?- Absolutely! eGO enables full use of your mobile while it boosts your battery.
How much life will it give my mobile?- eGO Batteries provide up to 8hrs talk time and 60hrs standby time. Each 30-45min boost will provide approximately 30mins talk time and 240mins standby time (dependent on your mobile phone).
Will the eGO fully recharge a low mobile phone?- No - eGO is designed to boost your mobile phone's battery when mains charging is not available. For optimal results, only leave your eGO plugged in to your phone for 30-45mins at a time. For a rechargeable battery that can fully recharge your mobile, check out our eVive or EPlatinum units.
Are there any mobile phones that eGO won't work with?- Yes - eGO is suitable to use with mobile phone models on our compatibility lists. It may not work on certain high drain mobiles or PDAs as they require too high a voltage output eg iPhone or Blackberry. We recommend eVive or EPlatinum for this type of device.
Are eGO Batteries environmentally friendly?- eGO contains no cadmium, mercury or lead and are therefore categorised as disposable household waste, much the same as a normal AA battery.

- EFUEL USB CAR CHARGER
What is eFUEL? - eFUEL is a dual voltage (12 & 24V) USB car charger designed to work with our Adaptor Hub Range.
How do I use eFUEL? - It works the same as any other car charger drawing power from your car's battery via the power outlet (cigarette lighter).
One of the ways eFUEL is unique to other car chargers currently on the market is its dual voltage capacity meaning it is suitable to use in the car, truck or boat!
How many times can I use eFUEL? - Because eFUEL uses power from your car's battery, you can use it indefinitely.
What does 'dual voltage' mean? - Because eFUEL is a dual voltage car charger it can be used in a car or boat's 12V power outlet, but also in a truck's 24V power outlet. This is a unique feature when compared with other car chargers currently on the market.
What does 'USB Car Charger' mean? - eFUEL comes with an interchangeable USB cable. While it is designed to be used with this cable, it can be interchanged with other compatible USB cords that you may have inherited from your electronic gadgets, such as an iPod cable. Please note: some compatibility issues may apply. We are unable to guarantee compatibility when another USB cable is used.
Can I use my device when eFUEL is charging it? - Absolutely! eFUEL enables use of your device when connected. Use it in the car to recharge the kid's electronic game, iPod or your mobile phone. We do not recommend use of your device while driving.
How long does it take to charge my device using eFUEL? - This depends on what you are charging. Use the battery gauge on your device to determine when the battery is full. Charge time should be similar to our mains charging time.
What can I charge with an eFUEL? - eFUEL is compatible with our eGO Adaptors and also our Adaptor Hub range. Check out our compatibility lists to see which adaptors you need.

- EVIVE POWER STICK
What is eVive? - eVive is a rechargeable power stick that can give up to 70hrs of battery life. It is designed to work with our Adaptor Hub Range.
How do I use eVive? - eVive comes pre-charged. Remove from packaging, connect to an Adaptor Hub, plug in to your device, switch on and go - simple! Further instructions can be found on the back of the pack or on the eVive product page.
How many times can I use eVive? - eVive will recharge your device up to 3x the original before it needs recharging. Recharging eVive will take approx 5hrs using the AC wall charger that comes in the pack. You can drain and recharge eVive 1000 times before disposal.
What can I charge with an eVive? - eVive is designed to output a standard 5V. This will charge common electronic gadgets such as your mobile phone, PDA, MP3/MP4 player, portable electronic game, digital camera, portable CD/DVD player and much more!
The eVive is fitted with a standard Nokia 3mm adaptor tip and fits our eGO Adaptors as well as our Adaptor Hub range. Please check our compatibility lists for more information. - EPLATINUM POWER PACK
What is EPlatinum? - EPlatinum is a rechargeable power pack available in two colours: black and green. EPlat is a sleek, compact unit small enough to fit in your back pocket (not that you'd want to hide such a funky looking charger).
- Does EPlat need charging to use?
- Yes, EPlat requires charging each time it s drained. This will take approx 5hrs to recharge via a USB computer port. More instructions are available on the back of the packaging.
- How many times can I use EPlat?
- EPlat will recharge your device up to 3x the original before it needs recharging. The unit has 3 LED lights to indicate remaining battery power and 1 LED light to indicate an active charge.
- What can I charge with EPlat?
- EPlat is designed to output a standard 5V. This will charge electronic devices such as mobile phones, MP3/MP4 players, portable games, digital cameras, portable CD/DVD players and much more.
The EPlat unit comes with a standard 3mm adaptor on the end of the retractable USB cable included in the pack and fits our Adaptor Hub range. Please check our compatibility lists for more information.
- Can I use my device when EPlat is charging it?

What are eGO Adaptors? - eGO Adaptors are individual adaptors for various mobile phone models that fit on to the end of any e2GO Charger. Use our compatibility lists to decide which adaptor you need for your mobile phone.
How do I use an eGO Adaptor? - Simply plug the adaptor on to the end of any e2GO Charger, plug in to your mobile phone and you're in charge, ready to talk!
Which mobile phones do eGO Adaptors fit? - eGO Adaptors come in two pack varieties and cover major brands of mobile phones currently in the New Zealand market. Check out our compatibility lists to see which adaptor you need for your mobile.
How do I know which adaptor to use with which charger? - eGO Adaptors will fit on to the end of any e2GO Charger. Just decide how much battery power you need, which adaptor is compatible with your mobile, plug them together and that's it - simple!
Can eGO Adaptors fit in to anything other than mobile phones? - Yes, certain eGO Adaptors will work in other electronic devices such as MP3/MP4 players, digital cameras and more! Check out our compatibility lists for more information.
I use more than one adaptor but I keep losing them - any ideas? - Sure, check out our Adaptor Hub range. There are 5 different adaptors on each Hub and they are easier to carry if you need adaptors on the go for more than one device.

What are Adaptor Hubs? - Adaptor Hubs are a range of adaptors designed to fit the leading brands of electronic device indicated on their packaging. When used in conjunction with any e2GO Charger, Adaptor Hubs are capable of recharging or boosting your mobile phone, iPod, Sony PSP and much more!
Do Adaptor Hubs need charging to use? - Adaptor Hubs are only fitted with adaptors, not a battery and require an e2GO Charger to recharge or boost any electronic device.
How many times can I use an Adaptor Hub? - Adaptor Hubs can be used indefinitely. Protection of the adaptor tips is required when not in use to ensure a long life.
What adaptors are available on the Adaptor Hubs? - Currently, e2GO have a range of 3 different Adaptor Hubs - the Mobile Phone Hub, Portable Games Hub and the Ultimate Hub.
Each Hub has different adaptors that cater for a wide range of electronic device. From your mobile phone to your MP3/MP4 player, PDA or portable CD/DVD player, Adaptor Hubs cover a large range of models.

Which Adaptor Hub do I use with each e2GO Charger? - This is one of the best features of the e2GO Portable Power Range! The Adaptor Hubs are designed to fit with every e2GO Charger.
Please note: the eGO Emergency Mobile Phone Battery is designed to work with the Mobile Phone Hub only as it can only boost mobile phone batteries, not recharge other electronic devices.
Can I connect more than one device at a time to an Adaptor Hub? - While more than one device will sometimes fit on to a Hub, we recommend for the best performance of the e2GO Charger attached, to only charge one device at a time. We also recommend you check your connections carefully and lay on a flat surface during use.

- iWalk800 iPhone/iPod Backup Battery
How does the iWalk800 work? The iWalk800 plugs directly in to the base of your iPhone or iPod unit and begins charging automatically. The coloured LED lights on the iWalk800 unit will indicate that charging has begun and how much battery power remains in the unit.
Can I use my iPhone/iPod while the iWalk800 is plugged in? Yes, the iWalk800 unit is designed to charge your iPhone/iPod while you continue to use it. Do not attempt to recharge the iWalk800 unit while it is plugged in to your iPhone or iPod.
Which iPhone models does the iWalk800 work with? The iWalk800 works with all 3G Apple iPhone models. The newest iPhone model, the 3GS does have a bug, recognised by Apple and sometimes displays an error message while the iWalk800 is plugged in and charging the iPhone. This tends to only appear when charging is complete and/or the iWalk800 itself is completely drained. The iWalk800 is still successful in passing charge to an iPhone 3GS. Apple have identified the issue and are working to rectify it on future iPhone units.
Which iPod models does the iWalk800 work with?? The iWalk800 is compatible with all iPod units with the exception of some older iPod Shuffle models which do not use the standard Apple connection. Because of the placement of the connection on some iPod units, it may not be possible to use the iPod while the iWalk800 is plugged in as it covers the earphone jack.
What does "comes with Apple Certification" mean? The iWalk800 comes with Apple Certification as it has undergone and successfully achieved testing standards as outlined by Apple. Please note: this product is not manufactured by Apple and all iPhone and iPod trademarks remain the property of Apple.
